The cooking classes are held for groups from a minimum of two to a maximum of eight people and are meant to share the secrets of local cooking. Each lesson offers a complete menu, the chef Ivo Pirisi will guide you step by step in the preparation of appetizers, then you will go through to the first and second courses. The lesson ends with the tasting of all the dishes you set during the afternoon. Each lesson can be custom-made for specific needs and tastes.

A lesson on the beach Do not miss the lesson about the fish soup, prepared with the chef by the sea. It starts with cleaning of the fresh fishes on the rocks, by the sea, with a special attention for all the tips recognize fresh fish. You will then move to a small sea house where you’ll fix the soup and all the appetizers. You can then choose to dine at the sea house or to get back to the hotel for dinner.
